05/08/08: Why it's called "Chinatown"

It's called "Chinatown" because no rules apply there (duh): what does a detective do in Chinatown "as little as possible"; "forget it Jake, it's Chinatown." C'mon, Crankster, your bright enough that this stuff doesn't have to be spoon fed to you. At least you only gave it one bomb, but if I were you, I'd watch my nose. Next time I cut it off, feed it to my fish.
