llamasex, I believe I said "I didn't see" those politicians, and that's the truth. Whether they had less air time by choice, or because of Mtv's editing, I don't pretend to know.
Of course "hate" is something we'd all like to do away with. I am not criticizing Mtv's message. What I find ridiculous is they are posturing as "news" network (and they are - "Mtv news" is about political issues just as often as it is about music news) when they are so obviously not objective.
My point, people, is not who snubbed who, which Republican turned down Mtv, or whether or not hate crime legislation is good or bad (I think it's bad, but that's another argument). My only point is that Mtv most decidedly has a political agenda, and if you don't see this, then you either aren't watching or - I hate to say it, but - aren't too quick.
