You don't give a 16 year old kid a Jag, you let him buy a Chevette on his own.
For the record, I'm in favor of allowing kids to drive as soon as they're legal. But you don't give them a FUCKING JAGUAR! If they can't afford a car of their own, rent out the minivan or something to them...give them something that doesn't scream "Gee, I wonder how fast I can go?"
