But it was a great little car. Now I have exactly the car I want, which is fun.
My parents did not buy any of their children a car. I didn't get my license till I was 18, because I didn't have a car or any way to get one (all my paychecks were going towards college), and I just didn't feel ready.
Llama - it's not just the experience level, it's the maturity level too. When you're emotionally mature enough to be aware of the damage you and that "two ton bomb" can do, you're going to be a much better driver than a probably quite immature 16 year old stunt man wannabe. The experience will come, and it is important, but attitude's a big thing too.
