So Orson Welles was the first guy to drill a damn hole in the floor so the camera could look up at the dominating characters and look down at the weaker ones. Real deep symbolism, guy. Just like in "Birth of a Nation," all the stupid camera tricks, which are now hopelessly dated, cannot cover the fact that the movie SUCKS! This movie was a barely disguised jab at William Randolph Hearst. It will never be more or less than that.
