To be perfectly honest, I don't believe anyone that says "I think Citizen Kane was the best movie ever made!"
Come on, stop trying to be one of those oh so educated students that discuss about politics and conspiracies as if they'd have the slightest clue of what they're actually talking about.
I could bet my ass on that about 90% of the people that say "Citizen Kane is an awesome movie!" are just repeating what they've heard.
These people simply don't want to admit that the movie was boring and a waste of time(someone could think they aren't educated or smart enough to get the message of this movie).
BULLS%#T!!! There have been TONS of movies that brought messages across in a much, much, much more interesting way than Citizen Cane did. And they were enjoyable.
And what's so special about the ceilings? Nothing!! Anyone that actually believes that this is relevant to a movie is an idiot.
