It's not your fault that your heading ended up inside your post. That happens to me too. I think it only happens when I copy and paste the article title into the heading of the post, and even then, only under certain circumstances.
I think that $20 trillion is spread over the GNP of many years, so yes, there is that much money if you spread it out over all those years.
Replacing coal power plants with nuclear ones would only cost a tiny fraction of that amount. So there is a solution to global warming.
