Before the Elisabeth thing, rumor had it he was trying to get into shape for another WWE run. I don't know what he has been/will be charged with, but I'm guessing there's no way in hell he'll resurface in either WWE or NWA:TNA (I never particularly liked the guy, so I'm happy that he won't be the latest once-popular guy Vince hires out of desperation).
Scary thing is, seems a lot of wrestlers and people associated with them are dying relatively young - Brian Pillman, Owen Heart, Davey Boy Smith, Curt Henning, now Elizabeth...
