Anything that has a death rate chance of more than 5% is not a special circumstance. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO. Viruses/Bacterias (the dangerous kinds) were created by nature (not by some supreme being) to counter over-population. Unfortunately humans are smart so they develop medical weapons to fight it off. When will the world act until the SARS has a death rate of 10% or higher! This is a cause for concern folks!
