If it is a physical activity that requires an extreme talent removed from the abilities of the majority of the population, it is a sport worthy of Olympic competition. Yeah, of course it is subjective and the athletes engaging in sports that are judged by subjective means are used to that fact. It's the nature of the beast and they accept it. But, when even a layman such as the viewing public, can see errors in a performance and no deductions are given, it is obvious that something unsportsmanlike is going on.
