03/12/08: Updated NASA satellite data shows that global warming has stopped.

Here's the relevant webpage:

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/graphs/

And in particular, here's a large graph of satellite temperature measurements from the past decade. The image is from the same webpage, and clicking on the image gives this larger image:

http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/graphs/Fig.C.lrg.gif

The text from the webpage describes the graph as, "Line plot of monthly mean global surface tmperature anomaly. The black line shows meterological stations only; redle dots are the land-ocean temperature index, as described in Hansen et al. (1999). The land-ocean temperature index uses sea surface temperatures obtained from satellite measurements of Reynolds and Smith (1994). [This is an update of Figure 8 in Hansen et al. (1999).] Also available as large GIF, PDF, or Postscript. Also available are tabular data. (Last modified: 2008-03-10)"

That means that the red line on the graph is satellite measurements of global termperatures. So over the past decade, there has has been no global warming.

If my interpretation of the graph is wrong, please explain why.
