The look for this film was fine, though redundent, and personally the darker the science fiction the better(Bladerunner being the best example). If I had my way all science fiction would mix the future with the fifties.
No, my problem is with the pacing. This film never slowed down in a way that was distracting and ultimatly laghable. Me and my friends agreed that the whole film felt like a 8 hour film edited down to an hour and a half. I liked the ideas but perhaps they would have been better suited to a television mini series. Too many fast cuts.
P.S. What's with that alien collective mind diagreeing all the time. They all cry "Kill Him" and one goes "No", its not even majority rules.
