This gets my other over-used response: I enjoy movies as image across time. Movies, in essence, are more similiar to music than to literature, and I don't think I've ever heard anyone criticize Beethoven's symphonies because there's no emotional attatchment to plot or character. The art of temporally bounded mediums is form. FORM FORM FORM.
