Her apology was big, and bold, and no doubt a source of personal embarrassment.
I always thought the chances of an outsider connecting Karen_G with the real world person were slim to none. Therefore, I think it was a mean-spirited Crankylander who ratted her out as Karen_G's real world identity and place of employment were not very well concealed.
Somebody little cowardly shit is still due a punch in the face.
