This death penalty question is a no-brainer if there ever was one. If you deliberately kill someone, you should be killed yourself. End of discussion. If you are defending yourself or another person, then you deserve to be heard and judged with the circumstances taken into consideration. But if you deliberately plan to kill someone and do it, then you should be killed yourself, plain and simple. "Dead Man Walking" was nothing more then Catholic claptrap propaganda.
