Crispin Glover's cameo role at the beginning was the greatest, and the film never flagged after that. You could say Jarmusch's films are slow and boring, but I'm a member of the 'measured pace' school. The slowness, combined with Neil Young's moody score, gave the film epic beauty and mystical overtones. Very beautiful, my favourite movie of recent months.
