May be it sounds funny, but here, in Russia we don't have this problem. Dead Man is strongly popular, I think that it's one of most popular films (of course, it's not about everybody, but it's right for students here, I'm sure). If somobody tells me that Dead Man is a bad film I just don't listen to him but it's much easier for me to meet somebody who likes this film than somebody who doesn't.
