This was one of many films that forced me to ask myself, "what if all the money used to make this pile of dreck had instead been used to build schools, feed the hungry, house the homeless, etc." Although the vast majority of films provoke the same question from me, this one in particular seemed to be particularly offensive in it's waste of resources. It was worse than worthless.
In fact, I think the funds used to produce, promote and distribute "Dear God" would have been better spent sponsoring more ads on national television for Bob Dornan's failed run for the Presidency -- at least THAT would have been entertaining!
