Your comment reminded me of the most unpleasant connection "Milkman" has to literature: that of Milkman in Toni Morrison's SONG OF SOLOMON. Although it's not semen, it's still a disturbingly incestuous story: his mother breat (yes, they're breats from now on) fed him up until past his fifth birthday, when some neighbor saw him nursing through the window or something (I forgot the circumstances). Thus, his nickname is Milkman.
Disturbing though that is, there are plenty other disturbing parts to that book, but yet it's one of the richest, most rewarding novels I know of. Have you read it?
