Yeah. I dunno why. I'll be corny, like I write for a magazine, and say "Dreamcast: the last great system". In the tradition of the NES, Genesis, and SNES.
For the price, time, and size, it had incredible power, that holds up well to the PS2, a much newer, more expensive, and about a thousand times costlier to develop, system from the goliath Sony. Marvelous engineering.
It's too bad they couldn't have marketed it as a nice 69 dollar second system or something, and had it survive nicely. Unfortunatly there really is no market like that in consoles.
