Perhaps he just thinks women with kids are obnoxious...Demi Moore looked pretty goddess-like and she was a bitch in this movie.
I also noticed several friends think Alley looked "fat" in this movie. Maybe in "Father of the Bride" (I think) but she looked pretty normal to me...maybe not as thin as Shue, but so what.
I think cranky overrated this movie. Apart from the breasts, it was worth at least three bombs.
