Why did Artisan have to turn this great (yes, I do mean grrrrreat)little film into a stupid hype machine. What separates "Blair Witch" from any of the mindless Hollywood blockbusters now that we have an ad blitz designed to flock the sheep toward the multiplex to see the film. Who cares that is made for peanuts. It's making millions now, and Artisan isn't content to let the buzz that made it popular intially continue to work. Intstead, a huge hype machine has been put in place. Stupid TV commericials with retarded quotes from pussy film critics. "Scary as Hell", "Pure Terror", "Horrifying"...ooooooooooohhhh...
