I have only seen two oceans - the Pacific and the Atlantic (actually, the Gulf of Mexico). I preferred the Pacific. But I think my favorite ocean would be the Indian Ocean.
I too am looking forward to seeing what Titan's really like. I seriously doubt there will be multicellular life there, though - most of the proposed biochemistries for Titanian life are not energetic enough for more than single-cellular life. I could be wrong, though.
I think if we find no life on Europa, we should seed it with some.
