a quick aside to grundle, serious thanks for trying to lighten up that mess yesterday... it's really painful to see NICE people, people I would be honored to call friends, involved in that nastiness...
now, COME ON, you two, there are only 2 count 'em 2 beverages that go well with pizza...
BEER (out here we are lucky enough to have some of the best micro breweries in the world... try a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, North Coast Brewing Co Scrimshaw Pilsner, Mad River Brewing Co Steelhead Extra Pale Ale, Mendocino Brewing Co Red Tail Ale, Deschutes Brewery Mirror Pond Ale, Anderson Valley Brewing Co Boont Amber Ale, just to name a few...

RED WINE (not some wimpy watered down merlot, but a kick ass red like zinfandel or petite sirah) BTW if your are going to purchase either of these two varietals, check to make sure the alcohol content is AT LEAST 14% or over, not for the buzz, but it means that the grapes were fully ripened at harvest, a must for full bodied red wines...
