The Doors are the most overrated group in the history of rock. I knew kids in college who could have drank Jim Morrison under the table, and most of them were girls. So much for the "I'm an epic drunk poet to tortured for the world to understand" routine. Give me any high school sophomore english class and I'll have them turning out poetry that will have you putting Jim Morrison's verse where it belongs, in the garbage.
