i think he makes housecalls - if he's not in jail. otherwise do what those nutcakes in San Diego did waiting for the HailBop Comet or whatever they were waiting for - I think they drank a lot of vodka & then put a plastic bag over their heads - they drifted away in a very peaceful drunken slumber - add pills to suit your taste. good luck & as the late great Dale Evans used to say: "Happy Trails To You".
