I'd say pills (anti-depressants, pain-killers etc) massive over dose washed down with loads of alcohol and then slit wrists...although i read that Hindus belief that if u take ur own like u'll be reincarnated as a cock-roche and u'll have to work ur way up to being a human again for eternity....
there is an after like as our spirit goes beyond our physical form and i just hope that god would have mercy...
