1] Besides this movie and "Dumb and Dumber", who was quite possibly the stupidest possible character?
Forrest Gump's momma. I mean, the woman humped his principal and compared life to a box of chawklits.
2] Is that character smarter or dumber than our unelected President?
Bush is a horrible public speaker and a little trigger happy, but he ain't as dumb as Momma Gump.
3] Would that said character be stupid enough to answer this poll? What about Bush?

Hannibal Lecter.
5] How would Prez Bush react to that smart character? Throw him/her out of the White House? Shoot him/her?
