Unfortunately, the idiot redneck minotiry that make up the poll participants tell Howard that he is doing a good job.
Over the last 7 years, the Howard Liberal government have appeared to be devious and uncaring. Peter Reith and the Telecard, Phillip Ruddock and his pay-for-refugee-visa scandal (that's only coming out NOW), Bill Heffernan's unfounded accusations of a High Court judge involved in child molestation... they haven't been able to keep out of scandal. His own 'Ministerial Code of Conduct' hasn't been followed.
Not that the Labour Party are much better.
