Whereas Tony Blair is in a load of poop (not that you'd find that out in the pro-Howard press here), Howard has no effective opposition. The Australian Labor Party has destroyed its traditions, and has no solutions. The minor parties have got nothing to say. the Liberals (roughly equivalent to Republicans) were taken over by economic thugs (of whom the current prime minister was one) in 1977 - Labor fell to these pr(cks in 1982.
I'd migrate to England or the US, but I feel its no better there (particularly under Bush), and i want to try and make Australia a better place anyway.
