I think you put your finger on it, MayorB. I found it distasteful, but wasn't exactly sure why - probably because of the trivialization of heart attacks that you noted.
Have you seen the hyena one? Also less than tasteful, which may be fine for Sprite, Pringles, or even Ford trucks, but I guess I expect a little more in the seriousness department from a financial institution - even a marginal one like Discover.
