Sorry about that... I'll try again.

You said that you were not for the legalization of drugs. One of your reasons was that drug use is not a victimless crime.

My questions were:

1. How is it not a victimless crime.

2. If there is a drug with clear victims, it is alcohol, yet alcohol is legal. If the law is there to protect victims, why isn't alcohol illegal?

You mentioned marijuana. Clearly there are no justifiable reasons for it to be illegal, especially when tobacco and alcohol are legal. Yet the government treats it like heroin. How can that be justified?

And while I'm at it, how can any of the laws be justified. Where in the constitution does it say that the US government has the right to make laws regarding the legality of drugs?
