1)the new MacDonald's commercials talk about coming up with a whole new way to cook hamburgers. the revolutionary idea? cook them to order. now, correct me if i'm wrong, but haven't a lot of other fast food chains been doing this for a damn long time now?
Yeah, practically all the ones I go to do. McDonalds is just stupid - remember that whole 'Cold side stays cold, hot side stays hot' McDMT? I think they have a set advertising budget and the people in charge of it feel the need to use it all so it doesn't get reduced, even though McDonalds could do away with advertising altogether and still have lots of people eating there.
2)there's a new show coming on NBC soon called TITANS-- and they're actually ADVERTISING it as "a guilty pleasure." just how bad does a show have to be to have its own network refer to it that way?
Probably pretty bad. Either that or it has elements that would piss off the audience members who like trash for non-guilty reasons.
3)if i ask my boss a question and she answers me by reiterating my question in the form of a semi-coherent sentence, who is the bigger fool? is it my boss for failing to actually ANSWER me, or is it me for asking her in the first place?

6)i saw The Perfect Storm last weekend. can they really say it's a true story if they had to make up more than half of it?
They can say that, doesn't make it true though.
