Those idiots with the boots, hats, and wranglers are called both 'ropers' and 'kickers' (as in shitkickers) all over.
Everything else I can think of that might be unique is usually something based on the name of somebody or a local place, and though I know a lot of people who have picked up the word 'gilberting' very few of them don't actually know Gilbert, I don't think they count. I did hear a black term for bunk crack (supposedly made out of PCP instead of cocaine) that was kinda odd, zabadu or something like that, maybe that one is new.
