Women do ask for it, that's why they wear tight/revealing clothes, because they want men to look at them. They certainly don't do it for comfort, or their health. I sometimes wonder if women get up in the morning and go "hmmm, lets see how tight I can pull my shirt over my chest today". I mean c'mon, sometimes it's a little ridiculous.
