He's subject to the review and approval of the probate court as well as the other beneficiaries and creditors of the trust, a minimal level of scrutiny that doesn't seem to apply to the incumbent vice president and his financial dealings.
Which still leaves us with the question of why grundle- James, when he was busy tarring Al Gore, failed to mention that Gore doesn't own any stock in Occidental Petroleum. I wonder why he doesn't respond?
