Way too early to attempt acting ones, but here's a guess for Best Pic:
Chicago (Moulin Rouge got nominated last year, so why not...)
Gangs of New York (I can even see it winning, in one of those "let's honor Scorsese's body of work by giving an award to this flick" things)
My Big Fat Greek Wedding (indie flick comes out of nowhere to make $200 million - perfect "5th nominee")
Road to Perdition (solid flick)
(movie getting no buzz now but which becomes a suprise critical and box-office hit) - there's one of 'em almost every year...
