The five nominees will be:

-Extreme Ops (the dark horse)

-The Sum of All Fears (even odds, shoe-in for Best Adapted SScreenplay, beating out Spider-Man)

-Mr. Deeds (leading contender)

-Pluto Nash (even odds)

-Ghost Ship (close second)

I can see Julianna Margulies getting best Actress for Ghost Ship, beating out sympathy nominee Winona Ryder for Mr. Deeds. Best SUpporting actor will go to Steve Buscemi in MR. DEEDS.
