"Conservatives want an accross the board tax cut, so that the marginal rates will be lowered, and you cen keep your money and spend it however you want, with no strings attached."
They may SAY that, but like most Conservative fantasies, it will disappear like the morning dew under strong sunlight (not unlike a vampire, either) when the harsh, cold political realities rear their scaly heads. "Contract With America", anyone?
