-Jamie Lee Curtis: She actually does the computer narration of the beginning. I swear! Look it up. She was also in "Halloween" (of course), "The Fog", and "Halloween II".
-Donald Pleasence: Also in "Halloween", "Prince of Darkness" and the Carpenter-produced/written "Halloween II".
-Adrienne Barbeau: She was also in "The Fog" and "Someone's Watching Me!", as well as John Carpenter's bed, when they were married from 1979-84.
-Charles Cyphers: Also in "Halloween", "Assault on Precint 13", "The Fog", "Elvis", and "Halloween II".
-Harry Dean Stanton: Also in "Christine".
-Nancy Stephens: Also in "Halloween" and "Halloween II",
-Tom Atkins: Also was in "The Fog" and the Carpenter-produced "Halloween III: Season of the Witch".
-George "Buck" Flower: This is the guy who plays the drunk bum or the window washer in every movie. He was also in "Body Bags", "The Fog", and "Starman".
-Season Hubley: was also in "Elvis" as Priscilla.
-Nick Castle: well, he didn't act this time, but he co-wrote the scripts. According to Carpenter, "he thought up all the comical parts and characters." He was the original Michael Myers in "Halloween", and was a camera assistant in "Dark Star". Now a days he's a writer and director of several bad mainstream movies.
-Debra Hill: produced this and "Halloween" 1-3, "The Fog", "Escape from LA", and cowrote all but this and "Halloween III", and helped with "Assault on Precint 13".
-Stephen Loomis: He did the costumes here and in "The Fog".
-Dean Cundey: Before becoming cinematographer for "Jurassic Park", "Apollo 13", "Back to the Future" trilogy, and "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", he shot "Halloween", "Halloween II", "The Thing", "Halloween III", "Big Trouble in Little China", and "The Fog".
-Larry Franco: co-produced this and "Christine", "Big Trouble in Little China", "Prince of Darkness", and "They Live", and was first assistant director in all these and "The Fog".
-Barry Bernandi: co-producer here and in "Halloween II" & III, "Christine", and "Starman", before producing all the "Amytiville" sequels, "Poltergeist III" and "The Devil's Advocate", "Deep Rising".
-Joe Alves: did the production design here and assisted in "Starman", before directing "Jaws 3-D".
-Todd Ramsay: Edited this and "The Thing".
Looser Connection: Carmen Filpi was also in "Halloween 4", although Carpenter had nothing to do with that one. This is the guy who always plays "the old guy".
Trivia: Most of the people here worked again with somebody else involved in this film.
Another trivia: Joe Unger was also an extra in "Nightmare on Elm Street", as well as "Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III" and other Jeff Burr horror films.
More trivia: James Cameron was in charge of the visual effects, along with others.
