Lunch: Beef Stew
Dinner: Brocolli with rice & chicken
Didn't get much excercise yesterday except for the occasional swim through the multitude of repetitive X=MAN posts and spams. This diet seems to be working. I am satiated most of the time but I do get hungry every so often. Yesterday morning, I could have eaten an entire leg of lamb or the leg off of a coffee table.
