Is manipulative propaganda that trivializes history for a generation of ignorant slobs who will think that the U.S. gallantly saved the world during the 1940's and that the so- called Greatest Generation should be worshipped as heroes.
WW II is becoming as black & white as the Civil War. Even super-idiot actor Ben Affleck, doing an interview when "Pearl Harbor" came out, referred to WWII as "the good war". A contradiction is there ever was one, you could use words like "necessary" and "justifiable" but "good wars" exist only in the minds of the ignorant, the sadistic, masochistic, the foolish, the dellusionally nostalgic, and people who don't do the actual fighting.
