03/26/02: Actually the original Birds ending was

They head to Golden Gate Bridge and Daffy Duck has a roadblock set up. They smash through, flattening Daffy. As they escape across the bridge, a pancaked Daffy exclaims "You're dispicable!"

Jaws didn't need motivation, it was a big fish with a taste for human flesh. Not as hard to explain as the undead and psychotic birds.
