06/27/07: ^^Would keep gays as pets^^

X, the diff, as you well know, between what your're talking about and what people who make sense are talking about is this: gays do not have equal protection under the law in terms of marriage, inheritance, medical decision making power, etc. This is an arbitrary decision made by people like Cheney who preach all day about "freedom from government" but who will stop at nothing to tell others what to do with their lives.
