...but when Coaster starts going off about how he hates Coulter so much and how he posted on Crankyland about her bitchy self, I of course had to check it out, and now feel the need to make a comment. This place just sucks you back in. Fuckin' vortex is what it is. I think I'll just do what Slothrop does, an occasional comment here and there.
Anyway, my opinion on marriage is that it shouldn't be government-sanctioned AT ALL. Adding an amendment to define it? Fuck YOU. And for all those people who say "Oh but gay marriage opens the door to incest marriages and people marrying their dogs"---dudes, give me a break. Do you know how polygamists do their thing now? They marry one legally and live with the others, and have their own religious ceremony with those other wives. No amendment is going to prevent someone from having their ceremony. A guy can marry his dog if he wants to. The government is involved in far too much. How the fuck did marriage ever become something the government had to "approve"?
Fuck, I think I'm becoming a libertarian.
Oh, and if anyone wants to talk about the Fair Tax (www.fairtax.org), I'm willing to discuss. I think it rocks!
And Ms. Coulter is a CU Next Tuesday times ten.
