It's true, nobody did, but that was only because Woody Allen waited until about 6 weeks before filming to inform the actors/actresses that they were making a musical. He also forbade anyone to take voice lessons because he wanted the whole thing to seem unprofessional. In the end, only one actress, Drew Barrymore, was dubbed because Mr. Allen said, "There's a difference between being unprofessional and just plain tone-deaf.".
I liked it without the voice training. It was funny to hear the characters sing and not have extremely wonderful voices. Plus, this whole movie was a comedy, not to be taken seriously, and so the whole lack of beautiful voices suited it. (Plus, Edward Norton is very cute when he sings! Did you see him dancing in the jewelry store? That was priceless!)
