More than any movie of the past few years that I've seen, I hate Face Off. The unfolding of it's preposterous plot is an offence against rational thought and common sence. I got queasy with all the rapid fire implausible plot developments that needed to be swallowed, rapid fire, in order to follow the film at all. John Travolta and poor (poor rich) Nicolas Cage, clearly saw this as a chance to really show their acting skills, but they both really blew it, big time. I wonder if either of them are smart enough to be ashamed all the way to the bank.
