The first WTC bombing (wow, happened in 93, just one year into a new president's first term), the attacks on US foreign embassies, the bombing of the USS Cole - we didn't need to respond.

Somalia, Ehtiopia, Rwanda, turning a blind eye to the growing turmoil in Africa, giving lipservice (not funding) to AIDS research, while ignoring mass genocide - but he's the closest thing the NAACP will have ot a "Black" President!

Serbia, Kroatia, the Balkans - The general malaise induced by handing over US troops to incompetent & callous foreign control. Leading to a years-long trial of one of the worlds many despots.

Biggy & Tupac. They would never have died under Bush the elder's watch. Or Dan Quayle's for that matter. Their death showed the faltering of rap, which gave rising power to the-

Boy Bands. Their rise to unholy power was the decade that was the 90s. A hellish time when music, in all forms (save ironically, country& western, which inexplicably started getting cool) began to suck.

As you can see, the 8 years that defined Clinton, once you get past his oily exterior and car salesman personality, were two terms that marked a general decline in western civilization.
