And McLINTOCK was the Wayne/O'Hara film I was trying to remember. Yes, very silly and boisterous.
Zorro, HOW THE WEST WAS WON sounds familiar but I can't recall ever watching it. When I used to have cable, though, I never missed THE WILD WILD WEST. Regarding the latter episodes of GUNSMOKE, I always thought it was pretty funny that Matt Dillon's hair and sideburns were very 1970's.
Tick, I really should watch ARMY OF DARKNESS again, because it seems to have such a huge following of fans. I saw it once several years ago, but maybe I was in the wrong state of mind because it didn't do as much for me. Another one for my list this week.
Timmy, I'm glad someone else here saw and enjoyed THE MAN WHO LOVED CAT DANCING. Hollywood's tannest man was also in it playing Sarah Miles' estranged husband, but of course I can't remember his name at the moment. (Jesus, his son is named Ashley and was married briefly to Shannon Dougherty.)
Speaking of Sarah Miles, did anyone see THE MAN WHO FELL FROM THE SEA, or some such title, with Kris Kristofferson? Apparently this role broke up K.K.'s marriage, for reasons I'm not sure of.
Cherry, I think Sunshine has been right all along...Discord and gnostic are one and the same. But you didn't hear it from me.
