You watched a movie three times which you thought "sucked"?
Generally, I thought people watched a movie only just ONCE when they thought it SUCKED, if even that.
My god, I just cringe at the thought of watching those inept movies which i thought sucked two more blessed, freaking times.
Chinese water torture would be better than sitting through those stupid movies again.
I do however think "Fargo" was great and I've seen it about four times.
As for Marge "accidently stumbling...finds the criminals", you obviously rented the wrong movie. Was it maybe "Moorhead" by chance? (look at a map)
For the last freaking time:
MANY (BUT NOT MOST) MINNESOTANS ARE OF SCANDINAVIAN HERITAGE. THAT IS WHAT MARGE "OLMSTEAD" GUNDERSON WAS. SCANDINAVIANS ARE STEROTYPED AS RESERVED AND DON'T SHOW OFF TO THEIR NEIGHBORS THAT THEY ARE RICHER OR MORE INTELLIGENT THAN AVERAGE. YOU DON'T WANT TO STAND OUT IN THE CROWD. DID YOU SEE '60 MINUTES' ON 9/21/97, IT WAS ABOUT THOSE 'RESERVED' NORWEGIANS?
((OH BY THE WAY, THAT IS THOSE, HIGHEST STANDARD OF LIVING IN THE WHOLE FREAKING WORLD, RESERVED NORWEGIANS))
FROM THE SCANDINAVIAN STEROTYPE, IT IS CONSIDERED IMPOLITE TO SHOW YOU ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS, SO YOU PLAY DUMB (OR JUST PLAY AVERAGE). MARGE WAS AS SHARP AS TACK AND SOLVED THE CASE QUICKLY BECAUSE SHE WAS FREAKING INTELLIGENT. SHE DIDN'T "STUMBLE" TO THE CRIMINALS
THAT IS ALL THE COENS WERE TRYING TO SHOW. THAT'S ALL, IT'S JUST AN EXAGERATED SIMPLE FREAKING STEREOTYPE.
IT'S NOT THAT COMPLEX IS IT?
ONLY AMERICANS SEEM TO CARE MOST ABOUT SUPERFICIAL OUTWARD APPEARANCES . THE TRUE PERSON IS ON THE INSIDE. YOUR "STUMBLING" MARGE WAS, TO ME, VERY INTELLIGENT MARGE.
AMERICANS SEEM TO JUDGE PEOPLE BY HOW ARTICULATE THEY ARE OR THE CAR THEY DRIVE RATHER THAN THEIR TRUE SELF.
GET IT NOW?

(no you guessed wrong, i'm a freaking american, but a bit of a hot-blooded Norwegian sometimes when that reserved Scandinavian comes off. That's also part of the stereotype. Remember reserved Carl S. axing his partner?)
